• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled;
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions within the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including:

• No guarantees about the accuracy of user content;
• No guarantees about matching or compatibility outcomes;

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaceOff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FaceOff, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of circuit courts of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
